This luxery house is within the heritage overlay zone located in Camberwell.
We redesign the floor layout and have 133m² extension at the rear of the property, also with a 4m x 8m swimming pool at the back. We try to maintain the original house style, and repeat the same architectural language to the extension part. 
There are totally 4 bed rooms, 1 study and 1 big open area with lounge , dinning, kitchen and entritainment area.  The project is currently under construction.
We are so proud of this design, and our client is very happy.
